COLBERGE VRP

 

The agitators of the VRP series of high speed, provide a turbulent system and are ideal for various applications in water treatment such as preparation of reagents, homogenisation and simple agitation processes at an industrial level.

They are agitators with xing ange, shaft, propeller type marina, built in Polypropylene.

The engines are used in direct action with four poles in single phase or three-phases versions, they are armored not needing any maintenance over its lifetime. They are protected by RAL 7001 anticorrosive-paint

 

Technical features

 

In the table shown below there are the VRP models, its main characteristics and limits of application according to the type of mixture, assuming the following assumptions for its design.

- Round deposits, with side walls, anti-vortex and ratio height/diameter <1.5.

- Centered agitator and apeak to the liquid.

- Propeller located at 1 / 3 of wet volume.

- Viscosity and density close to water.

- Process of shaking type batch.

- Agitation liquids compatible with polypropylene.

 

Notes

 

- The VRP agitators can not work dry, the engine can burn or warp the shaft.

- The x identies a single phase (2) or three phase motor (3).
